It's a thought, but the only time that I really care about chip damage is when it does an absurd amount of damage.

Bison's EX head press, Blanka's ultra, EX projectiles, and so forth. Other than that, almost all moves do roughly the same chip damage... at least enough to react to when you're low on life and at the end of the round. Because you know that when you're facing Blanka and you have about enough health to take a blocked ultra, you should do that and return the favor with your own ultra. And you also know when you only have a cunt hair of life left, he can kill you with as little as a taunt!

So, interesting thought... but that's a lot of work for not a lot of benefit. But I also don't really get down with all of the frame data either. I guess some people would learn it, or at least look at it, but probably not me.
If I could make you do one thing, I would force you to watch "Religulous" with Bill Maher. It could change your life (if it needs changing).

does that mean you would like to see me finish this? I don't feel like wasting my time if it doesn't help anyone. If people will use it i am perfectly fine with continuing.
