This thread will just round up all the changes made to the game in one location. I will detail changes made to individual characters and the mechanics of the game in general. I won't be detailing specifically what DLC each patch brings unless it's something important like new characters. I also won't be covering changes that happen to the 5 Sony exclusive characters.

Notes:
- I will use the terms Jab, Strong, Fierce, Short, Forward and Roundhouse instead of Light, Medium and Hard Punch or Kick.
- If a patch changes something that affects the game in general, even if it's character specific, this will be listed under Game Mechanics as well as in the respective character's section. This includes infinites and bugs.
- (re: Version 2.08) Abel's Shoulder Tackle has been originally noted as being changed, but it may not actually be changed in the final release of the patch. This will be amended after confirmation.

Game Mechanics

Version 1.02
Spoiler: show
- Online Sound Fix. Before this patch there was a problem with the sound during Online matches. The Sound Effects in the game would cut during matches. This no longer happens.
- Tournament Support. This is a feature that allows any gem to be selected while in the Gem Selection screen. Simply input the number for your desired gem and you will equip it.


Version 1.03

- Replay Analyzer. This is a little feature that analyzes your replays...Image...Basically this feature just shows you details about your replays such as the move used most, moves you were hit with most, longest combo etc. There's even a Hype Graph.


Version 1.04
Spoiler: show
- Kazuya Infinite Removed. Before this patch Kazuya had a re-stand glitch that allowed infinites involving his Rising Sun against large characters. This is no longer possible.
- Xiaoyu Infinite Removed. Before this patch Xiaoyu had awkward juggle properties on her Medium Hakkesho which allowed an infinite loop. This is no longer possible.
- Fixed Jin Float Glitch. Before this patch Jin's Inner Axe had a glitch where if it hit an airborne opponent, the opponent would float and would take a very long time to fall to the floor. Now the kick still floats the opponent allowing juggles, but the opponent falls at a much more regular pace (ie. they fall quicker).
- M.Bison Super Art Glitch Removed. Before the patch Knee Press Knightmare had a glitch where on certain characters the final hit would be unblockable. The move can now be blocked normally by every character.
- Fixed Jump Inputs. Before the patch the game would read Jump inputs awkwardly. This has now been fixed and Jump inputs are read accurately by the game.
- Rolento Stinger Glitch. This patch introduced a glitch where Rolento's knife during his Stinger move, when colliding with another projectile, would cause the game to completely freeze up.


Version 1.05

- Rolento Stinger Glitch Removed. The Rolento glitch introduced in 1.04 is now removed. The knives when colliding with another projectile will no longer cause the game to freeze.


Version 1.06

- 12 New Characters. 12 new DLC characters have been added to the roster. They are: Guy and Cody, Dudley and Elena, Sakura and Blanka, Lars and Alisa, Lei and Christie, Bryan and Jack-X.


Version 1.07
- No system changes

Version 1.08 - Street Fighter X Tekken 2013
Spoiler: show
- Recoverable Life's display in the HUD has changed colour (from faded yellow to orange).
- Recoverable Life's speed of recovery has been slowed down (by 2/3).
- During forward Recovery rolls characters now have a hurtbox 7 frames before they can do anything else.
- During forward Recovery rolls characters now are throwable 10 frames before they can do anything else. They will not be able to throw escape.
- Throws now have 5 frames of startup (for every character, previously 7 frames).
- Performing a throw will deplete all remaining Recovery life of your opponent.
- The glowing effect for when a character activates a Boost Gem has been toned down.
- The "Fight" icon at the start of a round dissappears quicker.
- Pandora now lasts for 10 seconds (previously 7).
- Pandora activation will now max out Cross Guage and will not refill (previously Cross Guage would be the same as it was before activation and then refill).
- Pandora activation recovery frames have decreased by 2.
- Pandora activation will not push your character back as much.
- BP Table has been modified.
- Cross Cancels Nerf. You can no longer follow up with additional hits after a Cross Cancel.
- Cross Art Buff. The first portion of a Cross Art will now do 150 damage (previously 100).
- The Camera effects when a character performs a Cross Rush has been adjusted to make matches flow more swiftly.

Ryu
- Version 1.06

- Airborne Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku Nerf. The move is now +3 on block (previously +8). The move also has a reduced hitbox and reduced movement.
- Joudan SokutoGeri Nerf. This move is now -6 frames on block (previously +1). The move's speed has also been reduced.

- Medium Shoryuken Buff. Frames 1-5 are invincible (previously frames 1-4).

Ken

- Target Combo Buff. Close Strong is now -1 frame on hit/-7 frames on block (previously -5/-9) -> Fierce is now +3 frames on hit/-4 frames on block (previously -7/-1).
- Hadoken Buff. The move is now 0 frames on hit/ -5 frames on block (previously -4/-9).
- Shoulder Throw Buff. This move now does 130 damage (previous 120).
- Light Shoryuken Nerf. The move now only has lower body invincibility during frames 1-2 (previously Full body invincibility). Now does 70 damage (previously 80). It now floats higher on hit.
- Medium Shoryuken Nerf. Pushback on block has been reduced. Screen freeze has been reduced by 5 frames. 1st hit blockstun has been reduced by 10 frames. 2nd hit no longer hits crouching opponents.
- Heavy Shoryuken Nerf. The move is now vulnerable after startup (previously full body invincible).The move now does 130 damage (previously 150).
Heavy Shoryuken Buff. Hitbox has been enlarged. The move has increased juggle counter.
- Airborne Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku Nerf. Hurt box has been enlarged.
- Shippu Jinrai Kyaku Buff. The move now does 340 damage (previously 300). The first hit also has more forward range.

Guile
- Version 1.08 - Street Fighter X Tekken 2013

- Health Nerf. Maximum vitality is now 900 (previously 950)
- Crouching Jab Nerf. This move is now +5 frames on hit/+1 frame on block (previously +8/+4)
- Crouching Fierce Nerf. Hurtbox has been decreased.
- Crouching Short Nerf. This move is now +4 frames on hit/0 frames on block (previously +6/0)
- Reverse Spin Kick Buff. This move is now throw invincible between frames 6-29.
- Flash Kick Nerf. Pushback on block has been reduced. Blockstun has been reduced by 10 frames. Screen freeze has been reduced by 5 frames.
-Flying Mare/Flying Buster Drop Buff. These moves now do 180 damage (previously 150).

Abel
- Version 1.08 - Street Fighter X Tekken 2013

- Close Fierce Buff. Hitbox has been enlarged.
- Crouching Fierce Buff. Hurtbox reduced. His arm is now invincible against jumping attacks.
- Wheel Kick Buff. This move now causes groundbounce against aerial opponents. Hitstun frames have been reduced.
Light Wheel Kick Nerf. This move now does 80 damage (previously 100). The hitbox position has also been adjusted.
Medium Wheel Kick Nerf. This move now does 80 damage (previously 110).
Heavy Wheel Kick Nerf. This move now does 90 damage (previously 120).
- Tornado Throw Buff. This move is now throw invincible during startup.
Light Tornado Throw Buff. This move now does 160 damage (previously 140).
Medium Tornado Throw Buff. This move now does 170 damage (previously 150).
Heavy Tornado Throw Buff. This move now does 180 damage (previously 160).

Light Shoulder Tackle Buff. This move now starts up in 20 frames (previously 24).
Medium Shoulder Tackle Buff. This move now has Armor during active frames. The move also causes a hard knockdown on hit.
Heavy Shoulder Tackle Buff. This move now has Armor during active frames. The move also causes a wallbounce on Counter Hit.
- Breathless Command Change. This move is now performed by pressing :joystick-charge-left: , :joystick-right: :plus: :kick_3x: (previously :joystick-charge-left: , :joystick-right: :plus: :punch-3x: ).

Chun-Li
- Version 1.08 - Street Fighter X Tekken 2013

- Close Roundhouse Nerf. Can no longer jump cancel this move on block.
- Far Strong Nerf. Hurtbox activates 2 frames faster.
- Kakusenshu Buff. This move now does 70 damage (previously 60). Hitbox has been enlarged. Hurtbox has been adjusted.
- Heavy Kikoken Buff. This move is now -5 frames on block (previously -7).
- Hazanshu Nerf. Hurtbox has been increased upon landing.
- EX Hyaku Retsu Kyaku Buff. Only the first hit reduces juggle count.
- EX Hyaku Retsu Kyaku Nerf. Hit stun of all hits is now the same as Heavy Version.
- Ryuseiraku Buff. This move now does 190 damage (previously 150).

Cammy
- Version 1.08 - Street Fighter X Tekken 2013

- Close Jab Nerf. This move is now +5 frames on hit/+2 frames on block (previously +7/+3). Pushback has been increased on block.
- Close Roundhouse Nerf. Can no longer jump cancel this move on block.
- Far Jab Nerf. This move is now +1 frame on block (previously +3).
- Cannon Spike Nerf. Pushback on block has been reduced. Blockstun has been reduced by 10 frames.
Light Cannon Spike Nerf/Buff. Active frames 1-2 now do 100 damage/Active frame 3 onwards dows 130 damage (previously all active frames 120 damage).
Medium Cannon Spike Nerf/Buff. Active frames 1-2 now do 110 damage/Active frame 3 onwards does 140 damage (previously all active frames 130 damage).
- Flying Neck Breaker Buff. This move now does 190 damage (previously 140).
- New move. Hooligan Combination - Cannon Strike. Cannon strike can now be performed during Hooligan combination. This version has 6 more landing frames than regular Cannon Strike, and 4 less frames of advantage after hit.

Sagat
- Version 1.08 - Street Fighter X Tekken 2013

- Close Fierce Buff. Pushback on hit has been changed to do the same as light attacks.
- Close Fierce Nerf. Pushback on block has been decreased.
- Close Roundhouse Buff. First hit now hits crouching opponents. First hit forces opponent to stand.
- Step Low Kick Nerf. This move is now -3 frames on block (previously 0).
- Low Tiger Shot Buff. Overall animation reduced to 46 frames (previously 47).
- EX Low Tiger Shot Buff. Overall animation reduced to 45 frames (previously 48).
- Tiger Uppercut Nerf. Blockstring reduced by 10 frames. Pushback on block reduced. Screen freeze reduced by 4 frames.
EX Tiger Uppercut Buff. This move now has increased range. The 2nd hit has an enlarged hitbox.
- EX Tiger Knee Crush Nerf. This move is now -2 frames on block (previously +1). The move now does 90 damage (previously 110). The move's juggle count has been changed.

Dhalsim
- Version 1.08 - Street Fighter X Tekken 2013

- Sliding Nerf. Hitbox reduced.
- Yoga Sliding Nerf. Hitbox reduced.
- Medium Yoga Flame Nerf. This move is now -2 frames on block (previously 0).
- Heavy Yoga Flame Nerf. This move is now +1 frame on block (previously +3).
- Yoga Flame. Hurtbox now appears 2 frames before the hitbox activates.
EX Yoga Flame Buff. This move now has a 15 frame startup (previously 17).

- Flying Body Attack. This move now does 100 damage (previously 120). Blockstun has been reduced by 9 frames.
- Quick Double Lariat Buff. A hitbox has been added to the 5th frame.
- Spinning Piledriver Buff. This move now does 200/220/240 damage for light, medium, and heavy versions respectively (previously 180/200/220).

Rufus
- Version 1.04

- Falcon Kick Nerf. This move is now -4 frames on block (previously +5). The move now has an added hurtbox to Rufus' feet. The move also no longer crosses up as easily.

- Vulture Kick Buff. This move is now +1 frame on hit (previously -1).

- Target Combo Nerf. This move now does 60 damage (previously 80).
- Galactic Tornado Nerf. This move now does 80/90/80 damage for medium, heavy and EX versions respectively (previously 100/120/160).
- Messiah Kick > Low Attack Nerf. This move is now -1 frame on block (previously +1).
- Messiah Kick > Mid Attack Nerf. This move is now -5 frames on block (previously 0).

Vega
- Version 1.08 - Street Fighter X Tekken 2013

- Medium Scarlet TerrorNerf. This move now does 80 damage (previously 100).
- Heavy Scarlet Terror Buff. This move now does 120 damage (previously 120). Juggle count increased.
- EX Scarlet Terror Buff. This move now does 160 damage (previously 150). Juggle count increased.
- Bloody High Claw Buff. This move has been adjusted/tweaked to make it connect easier.
- Stardust Drop Buff. This move now does 190 damage (previously 150).

Balrog
- Version 1.08 - Street Fighter X Tekken 2013

- Far Jab Nerf. This move now whiffs against crouching opponents.

- Crouching Roundhouse Buff. The overall animation of this move has been decreased by 3 frames.
- Dash Straight (All Versions). This move now moves Balrog forward 4 frames after startup.
- EX Dash Upper. This move now moves Balrog forward 4 frames after startup.
- Buffallo Head Buff. This move now connects on crouching opponents.
- EX Dash Swing Blow Buff. This move now causes a stumble stun state when connecting on crouching opponents.

Juri
- Version 1.04

- EX Senpusha. Pushback on block and hit has been reduced.
- EX Kasatushi Nerf. A hitbox has been added after the move is successful.
- Karen Kick Nerf. This move now does 130 damage (previously 150).
- Assatsu Kick Nerf. This move now does 130 damage (previously 140).

M.Bison
- Version 1.04

- Far Roundhouse Nerf. This move is now -2 frames on block (previously +0).
- Ashura Senku (Punch) Nerf. The distance travelled has been reduced. This move is now invincible on frames 1-34 (previously 1-50). This move now has 63 frames of animation (previously 61).
- Ashura Senky (Kick) Nerf. The distance travelled has been reduced. This move is now invincible on frames 1-28 (previously 1-40).
This move now has 59 frames of animation (previously 54).
- EX Gohadoken Buff. This move no longer reduces Juggle count.
- Medium Tatsumaki ZankuKyaku Buff. This move now does 120 damage (previously 80).
- Heavy Tatsumaki ZankuKyaku Buff. All hits are now guaranteed if the first hit connects.
- Airborne Tatsumaki ZankuKyaku Nerf. The hurtbox for this move has been increased.
- Hyakki Gojin Buff. This move now does 70 damage (previously 50).
- Hyakki Gosho Buff. This move now does 100 damage (previously 70).
- Hyakki Gozan Buff. This move now does 80 damage (previousy 60).
- Zanku Hadoken Nerf. The hitbox for this move has been decreased. If used during a backward jump, this move now has 21 recovery frames (previously 16).
- Medium/Heavy Goshoryuken Nerf. The second hit no longer connects on crouching opponents. Pushback on block has been decreased. The disadvantage on block after the first hit has decreased by 10 frames.
- Misogi. The hitbox for this move has been increased.

Capcom have recently announced a patch that will be released soon, which they are dubbing SFxT 2013. They have already announced some changes that will be made so I will be gradually updating the list and it should be finalised once the patch hits.

I find it incredibly hard to believe that Goro is playable online and that the only people who will EVER have access to him are people who pre-ordered the game when it came out.
I find it more likely that he is either a offline only character; or there will be DLC later on where anybody can gain access to him. :punch-hold-2x:

Now that you pointed me to it, I'm even more odded out by the fact that it was a copypaste of your post.
I don't know what kind of idiots wastes their time with that but don't give feedback to this guy. He's probably a troll or someone who doesn't know what he's doing. Don't bother and ignore him.
