I put Ryo in "A" rank, not because of what I can do with him now, but because of how I've seen him used, and how I really want to use him. His parries give him such a tactical advantage; I love using Ryo against fireball spammers, and his fireball makes for great offense/defense/pressuring. And how his st.A can reach far and stop a lot of jump-ins. I called him a mobile castle in older games, and he's just gotten better for me with the new systems.
