So far Leixia is a very good character imo.
Her Rising B Brave Edge could very well be the best move in the game.
Also she has a number of moves that are Guard Impact cancel-able which makes unsafe moves safe. Such as her
B which would be unsafe on block you can simply add a to the end of it. It can also be done with 
B and BB(B)
